Primary Healthcare Associates, now known as PHCA Medical Group, is a bilingual health-care provider located in Central Florida. With 10 offices and more than 20 physicians, PHCA Medical Group is able to treat patients from Kissimmee to Orlando for a wide variety of illnesses and preventive offer numerous preventive measures.

Challenge:
PHCA Medical Group came to Artists Vision about creating a brand identity that embodied corporate values while promoting a sense of life, wellbeing, and prosperity. In addition to corporate branding, business stationary was to be designed and web and social media were to be established.

Solution:
Artists Vision created a corporate brand identity campaign that embodied all the required values set forth by management. The campaign included the logo, website, social media, and various print material.

Kersenbrock Chiropractic

Kersenbrock Chiropractic is an all natural healing medical center that incorporates chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, rehabilitation therapy, trigger point injections, reiterative medicine treatments, and traditional medical services. Kersenbrock Chiropractic is owned and operated by Dr. Ben Kersenbrock.

Challenge:

Kersenbrock Chiropractic was facing a growth problem with little to no online marketing their business was getting lost in the shuffle of other medical providers. Their social media accounts were pretty much abandoned or full of memes vs showcasing the talented medical staff in action. Digital marketing was non-existent after a failed attempt to run ads on Google and Facebook. Artists Vision was tasked with developing a strong social presence, website redesign, and digital marketing campaigns across search and social.

Solution:

Artists Vision sat with each medical provider to better understand what their role was with in the organization and what services they provided to assist with creating engaging content that drive traffic to the website, fill out a form, or call the office to make an appointment.

Result:

Each medical provider received a fully produced video introducing them to new and existing patients. In addition, each provider would have approved sessions recorded and edited down for social media posts, stories, and reels. A number of videos were recorded outline fitness, physical and mental health, and so much more.

The website was redesigned removing it from a cookie-cutter medical hosting company to a robust WordPress website. Artist Vision was tasked with writing new verbiage for the site, curating photography and video. Additionally, the onsite SEO was updated to make search results more favorable.

All social media channels were updated with new visuals and implemented a new marketing strategy. Using a video first approach, numerous health and fitness videos in addition to mini commercials were created and distributed across all social networks. A digital marketing campaign was set in place that helped increase website traffic and social media engagement.
