Community College Baccalaureate Association

Challenge:
Community College Baccalaureate Association (CCBA) recently elected a new President, Dr. Angela Kersenbrock formely of Seminole State College of Florida. Dr. Kersenbrock wanted to redesign the existing 2000s HTML website design to a modern WordPress website allowing for easier changes and modernizing an outdated site.

Additionally, CCBA requested help creating content for social media and digital marketing on other online platforms by running ads on all major social media outlets and search engines to help drive traffic to the website for a national conference.

Annually, The Community College Baccalaureate Association holds a 3-day higher education conference attracting the top leaders from universities and colleges across the United States. Artists Vision was hired to film, photography, and run live social media from the event held in Seattle, Washington.

Due to COVID-19, The Community College Baccalaureate Association held their annual conferee 100% online. Artists Vision was hired for digital marketing to help drive traffic to the website for registration, create social media content, and film all pre-recorded segments, in addition to producing live segments every hour for 4 hours each day over 4 days.

Solution:
Artists Vision met with all board members to discuss, determine, and develop a new marketing strategy. Which would raise brand awareness but also increase memberships and drive traffic to the conference.

Videos were created for social media hosted by Dr. Angela Kersenbrock and distributed across various platforms including, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Accompanied by written articles and interviews for members to enjoy.

Results:
The Community College Baccalaureate Association (CCBA) doubled the number of physical attendees to the 2020 conference held in Seattle, Washington.  The 2021 virtual conference exceeded the number of attendees from the pervious year from the comfort of most individuals homes.

Brand awareness increased as social media helped provide the attention the nonprofit desperately needed to become a player in the higher education space. New and returning memberships doubled year over year.

Artist Vision helped establish, provide, and maintain a way for this educational nonprofit to thrive well into the future.
